We’ve made it to the last week of Semester 1. Its been a pleasure teaching you. Please see below for a breakdown of our final three days (Thurs/Fri are flexible learning days, however there are exams scheduled in our classroom so computers will not be available).

Block C – ICT 11/12

• Monday: final day to work on game projects. Be ready for your classmates to play them tomorrow
• Tuesday: game showcase (same format as Beta Test)
• Wednesday: Catch-up, hand in missing work, last day of class

Block D – Video & Film

• Monday: Final day to work on editing short films
• Tuesday:  Watch short film projects
• Wednesday: Catch-up, hand in missing work, last day of class

Block C – ICT 11/12

• Attendance
• Final game due next Friday.

Block D – Video & Film

• Attendance
• Production (Fri, Mon… 2 more days of production)

Block C – ICT 11/12

• Take feedback from Beta and keep working on game. Final game due next Friday.

Block D – Video & Film

• Production (Thurs, Fri, Mon… 3 days of production)

• Beta Test tomorrow
• Have at least one level and several minutes of gameplay, Artwork should be looking good, Design Doc complete

Block D – Video & Film

• Final day of pre-production
• If you are ready to film, show me your script
• Everyone else should begin production tomorrow (Thurs, Fri, Mon… 3 days of production)

Block C – ICT 11/12

• Attendance
• Beta Test on Thursday (moved since approximately 1/3 of our class will be away on Wednesday for the CLC field trip).
• Have at least one level and several minutes of gameplay

Block D – Video & Film

• Attendance
• Complete short film treatments
• Group formation
• Scripts
• No storyboard required due to time constraints
• We will start filming as soon as possible (possibly Wednesday)
